Your genealogy is the story of you.  If you are interested in discovering your family story or becoming a member of the DAR the resources below will get you started!

Local Resources:

The Heritage Library - USA Today named The Heritage Library one of the top 10 places in the world to research your roots!  The Heritage Library is a non-profit member supported library offering research assistance in addition to classes.  The Library is an affiliate library of the Family History Library operated by the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.  The library is located at 2 Corpus Christi, Suite 100, Hilton Head Island, South Carolina.  Volunteers are available for assistance.

DAR Library -

The NSDAR also has a free Genealogical Research System (GRS) to help with research.  The GRS is a collection of databases that provide access to the many materials amassed by the DAR since its founding in 1890.
